Default rent before buying

We plan to visit this weekend. We're meeting with a realitor to hopefully look at some places to rent. Is it hard to find places to rent that will take dogs? We have a Shepherd & Rottweiler. I know people get nervous when you say Rottweiler. But he's really a sweetheart.
We don't want to buy until we are sure we want to stay. I work retail & i'm sure I can transfer. But my husband will need to find work. He's a carpenter.
I guess the work part is our biggest fear about moving.
Any thoughts? Is it hard to rent w/dogs? Is it hard for a carpenter to find work?
Thanks!

Default Apartment to Rent

Call Brandy Mills Apartments in Kingsport. It is about 10 minutes from Johnson City. We are moving into a furnished 2 bedroom corporate apartment there on Monday. We have two cats and they have ok'ed for us to bring them along so maybe they will accept you dogs as well. The apartments are nothing luxurious but they are nice and have a pool and playground.

Good Luck,
Misty
