hello i have been in underground and site contracting for over35wyears i have lived in florida my whole life ihave been to tn many times and have found the people to be genuinely friendly and honest my wife and i have no children except our animals we would to spend our golden years in eastern tn mountains within 1.5 ghours of watts bar damn area we currently have a small construction company any information would be very helpful thanks
