Good BBQ and just an old timey restaurant...took me back a few years in the decor and serving style. FUN...let's do it again sometime.

Last October, after touring the Bristol Caverns, we had lunch at Ridgewood. They were very busy, we had to park up the road a bit.....but the service was good and the food even better. The owner was even kind enough to come out and take a picture of us under the "Ridgewood Barbecue" sign!

We usually go to Ridgewood before we go to the Bristol Speedway in Lights, but we couldn't find time to do either this year. Must make time for BBQ soon!

Ok folks, I am seriously in love with Pals, Ridgewood, etc. I have my favorite recipes from (now closed Skoby's), Pal's and the Ridgewood Barbecue Sauce but I am still searching for the Ridgewood BBQ Beans recipe. Does anyone have it?

I think I may have that recipe in an old Ruritan cookbook. I will look when I get home tonight.
