We are HERE!! This has been a two year journey for us. Church Hill and well heck the whole Tri Cities area is beautiful.

Our grandson goes to Carters Valley Elementary and he loves it. We've been here two weeks today and I honestly feel like I've been here a lifetime. We are truly blessed.

Our neighbors have been wonderful with not only helping us with our move but also with some projects that we have going on. We hired a local woman to help with our parrots and she can't believe that we actually pay her to do something that she loves! LOL

Friday was my birthday and several neighbors came with birthday gifts and homemade cards. I have never felt such hospitality in my life. We know we made the right choice coming from NY.

Thank you to everyone who helped us make the right decision! The best of all was the day that my grandson told me that he is the happiest that he's ever been and that he is no longer a NY'r. He is now a "Tennessee'r" LOL

That is so nice to hear. Glad the move went well. Now don't go disappearing from CD, lots of others would love to continue to hear about how life in the Tri-Cities area goes on.
Happy Birthday!
