Default My first day here in NE Tennessee.

I finally made it to beautiful NE Tennessee today after many months of planning.

My pictures for y'all.

Scenic overlook on highway 25 near Tazewell heading south.

Some pictures near the Holston river SE of Bristol, TN
For some reason this house stuck out to me. Lots of history and character. It was charming.
This house was on Rooty Branch Drive off of 421 in Bristol.

I'm going to miss these views...

You made it Josh! Isn't Tn. a beautiful state? Great pics you took. So when you moving here permanently?

(Should I be expecting a coffee call any time soon???)

Your to funny, Pam.
I would love to move to NE TN someday just not sure when it could happen. These views and friendly folks keep tugging my heart to move down here. I don't get this kind of friendly folks up north.

Welcome, JoshB! Love the pics & hope you're having a good time on your trip so far. How's your itinerary shaping up for this week? Just holler if you need any suggestions or directions. Looks like the weather has cleared up tonight, Sunday should be mild and sunny...enjoy!

I'm not sure what I'm going to be doing... I might just play it by ear. I may even hit up Bays Mountain Today (Sunday) since it's going to be nice.

I'm not sure what I'll be doing following that. I may drive over to NC and see the Blue Ridge Parkway or something.

Josh, You may want to save the gas and forget NC. That part of 40 you'd probably drive threw is awful. It is narrow, and windy going threw the mountains. I hate that drive and avoid it at all costs!

Since he's staying in Bristol, I imagine he'd take 26 to get around to the Parkway...

Josh, your pictures are great! Glad you're enjoying yourself so far.
