Default Large parcels of Land
Is there any large parcels of land for sale in the Tri City area. Outside any city limits. Around 100 acreas or more. What are they asking per acrea?
I looking for higher land, not flood zone. Would like a lake or river at or near the property. I need to sub divide the land into 6 five acrea lots and one large tract of 70+ acreas.

Did you ever find anything Gary? If not, give LandsofAmerica.com - Land for Sale, Farm Homes for Sale, Ranch Homes for Sale a shot. There are over 55,000 farm and ranch listings on there and many tracts close to larger areas like you are looking for. If that site doesn't have it I'd try LoopNet - #1 in Commercial Real Estate Online as well.

Up in the northeast corner of Tennessee in Johnson County there are several 100+ acre sales listed at HOMES.COM. Look at "lots and acreage" under zip 37683 (37640 and 37680 as well). Some appear to be "near' Wautaga Lake. Looks like the asking prices tend to favor $10K per acre (but, about $10 per square foot actually on the lake).
