Justhere, I looked at what I just purchased, everything looks fine. I was a little pissed off at what they did when I purchased the policy. My fiance had been with Nationwide for 14 years, then Geico for 4 months, and we found their quote. After saying there was no lapse in coverage for 6 years (there wasn't, was covered on Nationwide til 1/3/09 and bought Geico 12/28/08 there was a notice that popped up (AFTER them charging our debit card for the down payment) that our policy would raise $300 every six months if we couldn't prove a non lapse in coverage. The woman said it looked like Nationwide was cancelled on 12/25/08.. what BS! I even checked the bank account for the last payment we made to them... 12/3/08. And that is xmas... I would have remembered that. So now we have to deal with this. Hopefully it works out.

Anyway, made sure we had the rental coverage and emergency service. One thing they did have was gap coverage, which is nice to have. We didn't have that when I was hit on Knob Creek in JC and almost toataled the car... and we owe more than it is worth.

I do admit that using this company makes me a little weary, but with a recent pay cut every bit helps, and I don't see too much negative about them. Thanks for letting me know, though.

Good nothing got unchecked. Like I said, everything else was so smooth with esurance. I have nothing bad to say about them. Handled our claim all by email and fax and it was processed very fast! I'm sure you can fax over the docs and it'll be fine.

Wow. I would never EVER buy insurance online. What ever happened to the age of personal service, when you could trust someone local to handle your business. If I have a problem, or a loss for instance on my home, I want to be sure who is handling it. If I need something from my agent I call and talk to the same person each time, not some rep in a call center somewhere. Personal service is importnant in many facets of life, but espcially in my financial dealings such as insurance. A small price decrease in my annual insurance premium will never change the way I feel.
