Default Tyler Minton challenges for XFN Middleweight belt this Sat!!

Just reminding all of Tyler's friends and fans, that he is fighting this saturday for the vacant Xtreme Fight Night middleweight MMA title in Chattanooga. Everyone that knows Tyler, knows how passionate he is anytime he steps into the cage. That being said, he has put in overtime in the gym to prepare for his first title shot., He promises to give his audience a show and hopes to see everyone there.

Hi MB, Well, it's been two years since my life was turned upside down. But things are getting better. I sold my house in Church Hill and bought a house in Albuquerque. I am working as a Chiropractic Assistant two days a week. I became a Grandma last August and am heading to Phily next month for his 1st. B-day. I really miss Tennessee. But it just wasn't meant to be. Hope everyone is fine. Love KLOSK.

Hi K!
It is good to hear from you and Congrats grandma! That is wonderful news.
Sorry it didn't work out in TN but having family close IS important in your situation. But hey, you will always have your vacation destination spot ready and waiting for you. I bet your brother would enjoy the trip too.

Mark's mother passed away last week...one day after our much loved young friend committed suicide. We've had such grief over the past week, so we're longing to get back to Tennessee and just get away awhile. We've been supporting our close friends through the loss of their son (We watched him grow up, and saw him baptized and married. Later we hung out with him and his wife, and later still we supported him with friendship, counsel and love through some dark times that became darker through a painkiller addiction.) Our hearts are broken for our friends and his widow.

Our son flies in on Wednesday for my mother in law's memorial service on Thursday. We have a lot to take care of here with settling her estate, but then we want to head to the farm for a few days. I will give you a holler when we come down and you can see the horses and the shale. The horses are much cuter and more fun than the shale.
Have you tried a rescue? Look on petfinder.com. ALL KINDS OF ANIMALS!! Dogs and cats, of course - birds - barnyard animals - alpacas - reptiles - hamsters ...... Just put in your zip code and what you want. Also, since they are in rescue, the people taking care of them know their personality.

Hi Beverly...yes I will be looking into rescuing a horse. I'm very cautious though. There a lot of lame and sick horses that sellers are peddling. Thanks for the suggestion.

Seen any good movies recently? What are your top 3 favorite movies?

My 3 top movies of all time are
1]The Notebook
2] Bucket List
3]My cousin Vinnie

Anyone read any good books lately? I read a great one called "The Three Dog Life" by Abigail Thomas. It sucked me in by page 3 and I read it in a day. I couldn't put it down. I have just gotten my order from Amazon for 4 more books by Abigail Thomas. Opening the box from Amazon was like Christmas morning and staring at a stack of unread books just waiting for me to open them and get started reading.

OMG I just saw The Time Traveler's Wife. EVERYONE HERE HAS TO GO. (That's right, I'm shouting at you! LOL!) It's one of the best movies I've ever seen. The cinematography, score, script-writing, casting... everything was so perfect. I sobbed like a little girl for thirty minutes.

But I very much dislike depressing movies. Considering District 9, anyone seen it?

To answer my own question, my top 5 "Movies I'll Never Get Tired of Seeing" are:

1 The Bourne Trilogy
2 The Outlaw Josey Wales
3 Airplane!
4 Young Guns
5 The Prestige
