Relax yourself, soak up the sun and beauty of the ocean, and laugh...a lot! Since everyone already gave the personal warnings, I'll just say...wow am I jealous! -
Jabogitlu and all,
I went a head and merged the "bye guys, going on a trip" thread into this chat thread as it is more of an appropriate place.
Jab, by now you are in warm FL, so hope you find this when you get back and tell us all about it!
I hope this chat thread becomes as popular as the Knox chat thread. I'm lovin this spring weather! I feel energized and happy to say goodbye to Winter!!!
Pam

ME TOO!!
My crocus's and daffodils bloomed today and it was a fantastic day, I hated to be in the office for most of it but found several reasons to go out.

Hey everyone! We will be in TN tomorrow! Leaving in the morning and cannot wait to see how our house is coming along...I believe the shingles should all be in, and maybe the windows by now. After 3 years, it's finally looking 'final'! We cannot wait to be full time Tennesseans. Even bought an orange tee shirt so I can "blend."

Congrats! That is wonderful news! How long are you staying this trip? I bet it will be so good to spend some time with your daughter and son-in-law too.
Pinney are you bringing that Ohio weather with you? Just checked the report, we will not see the sun until next Wednesday.
cloudy and rainy for the rest of the week and into the weekend. Temps highs of 40's to almost 60's. Lows 30's to 40's.
I've been sick the last few days so I've been home. Lucky me!.lol jk
Anyways since I've been home I've been researching more and more about eastern Tennessee. I was checking out Johnson County and found out that a guy by the name of Steve Eearle is from there. He has some pretty decent music.
There's another song, unfortunately the link is broken. It's called Copperhead Road, pretty cool! It actually talks about a road in rural Mountain City.
