My husband and I have deletedto Jacks Grill at least 5-6 times, and each time we have had great service! So I was really surprised to hear about your experience. Personally, I prefer the food at Cootie Brown's but, my husband likes the "man-food" (he calls it), at Jack's Grill. While the food is good at both, I would not tolerate bad service. Therefore, I would notify the manager of Jack's Grill and tell him/her who the server was and who was the "Oh-Well" cashier. Any owner/manager in their right mind would immediately discipline, dock the pay, and/or release anyone who treated a customer that way!

My wife and I have ate there last night. I had the fish sandwich which was very good and my wife had something that was some sort of Mexican wrap which tasted very processed to her and that she did not eat more than a few bites of. We waited almost 45 mins for our food. So all in all it was not a satisfying experience for us. When paying the bill, the hostess asked if everything was ok so we replied about the slow service and the food quality not being what we would have expected. She looked at us and said "well...here's your change."

Why ask the question if you don't care about the answer? If they don't care about their business why should we? There are plenty of places to eat.
