Backyard Burger would be a great location, althought they would have to modify the current building. I'm thinking a large section of a strip mall where they could build-out. Regardless, if anyone finds out some hard info on location I'd love to know. Thanks!

I think a strip mall type setting would be best for them, just based on the layout of the ones ive been to. Hamilton Place perhaps? I would like to see it on the campus side of town though, to replace the old Bucs Pizza that was always there before it turned into Knights food (and became overpriced, terrible food IMO). The college students would love the Mellow Mushroom and keep it busy.

Well, I frequent the MM quite a bit here on Cumberland. When they're good they're good but when they're not they're not. Mostly hits but a few misses. I hope they do go in somewhere in JC.

Mellow Mushroom seems like it would be most successful on the Earth Fare, ETSU side of town. Therefore, Backyard Burger's location could be right up their alley. Nascar Cafe? I don't think so much. I had heard scuttlebutt [no shortage of hereabouts, BTW] that Bonefish Grill might be looking at Nascar or a location in that vicinity. That would be really cool!

I've heard TGI Fridays has been looking at the Nascar Cafe building... Guess we'll just have to wait and find out
