Dog Agility in Tri-Cities area?? (Knoxville, Chattanooga: house, organic, store)

I've posted on the Knoxville and Chattanooga forums... about relocating and starting an agility/training and speciality dog food store (selling raw and grain free foods).

Would like some feelers on what is already in the area, would it be a good idea to do this in the tri-cities area, etc.

Need a place with some land, I have 2 horses coming with me, would like good medical facility somewhere for heart patient (my senior mom) and I'm looking to spend in the area of 150,000 to 300,000 for a place. No HOA, no restrictions on property.

I met a gal at an agility trial in the Myrtle Beach (South Carolina) area and she said she wished I would come up that way as there are no training facilities around.

Would appreciated any thoughts, ideas, etc. Thanks so much.

Well the max of 300k should set you up okay. I imagine you can find a small house for under 150k and 5-10 acres of land. I think (someone correct me if I'm wrong) most land goes for around 7-10k an acre around here, the kind you're talking about.

The Johnson City Medical Center is a Top 100 Heart Hospital and has a special heart unit (whatever that big word's called... can't think of it right now ).

I'm not sure what kinds of training facilities exist here. I'm not a dog person. Maybe someone else can answer your question. I do know that there is an "organic pet food" store in North JC.

I had heard that about Johnson City (the Hospital).
