Need recommendation for a good real estate attorney
Hi everyone, I know you can't give recommendations on this forum but could you send me a direct mail if you know of a good real estate attorney who specializes in rights of way.
We have a contract on a wonderful piece of land in Elizabethton but we are concerned about old rights of way plus finding the access right of way the seller says is there but which isn't on his deed - it may be a very old right of way and on the older deeds etc.
