They area is GREAT in Tri cities! I moved to TN from FL about 10 years ago, I have two boys in school, schools are great, I have a great job in the real estate market that I love, make good money and there are lots of jobs around, houseing is veryu inexspensive compaired to FL and the property taxes are VERY cheep. There is lots to do in the area. Plenty of shopping, resturants and such. I like the Gray community because it is a great location because it is an easy drive to Johnson City, Kingsport and Bristol.
