Default More info on the Johnson City area

I am considering moving to the Johnson City area and would love some more information as to the best area of town to consider buying a house. Actually I would prefer a patio home or condo if there are any nice ones. I would be working at the VA and would prefer a commute of twenty minutes or less. I am trying to keep the purchase price $200K or less and would like a 3 bedroom, 2 bath home with a 2 car garage.

If the condo scene is not that good, maybe someone would know a good lawn service or individual!

Please share why you like the area!

Thanks!

I know of an excellent realtor in Johnson City who helped my husband and I purchase some property and even closed the deal for us when we were in another state. We worked with her for quite some time until we found what we really wanted and she's now helping my Father In Law purchase a home as well. If you'd like her info, let me know, i'll PM her name and email address to you.
