He commutes to other states for his job so if I ever hear back I'll remember to ask him because he said the apt was quiet, the building was nice and management was really nice.

Oh and no reason to feel bad for me cause I dislike where I live. I just dislike the town but my apartment and my neighbors are excellent. There's just nothing to do, no where to shop, etc so I just have to drive to another city to shop, do social things and workout at the gym.
Are you talking aobut Windrush? My husband lived there, no problems, clean, and cheap.

I've personally lived at the Grove and Windover and can say they are both great. Windover has some of the best gardens, next to mall, can walk to the grocery from it, great staff. Cheaper than the Grove.

I'm not sure of the name, but Windrush does ring a bell. Well except the cheap part because my friend thought it was terribly expensive for a 2-bedroom.

mtneer: That apartment sounds fantastic! I will definitely do some research and see what I can find out.

hiknapster: Isn't that the truth? What some people think is "cheap" or "reasonable" seems pricey to me! I will check the place on 640 for sure. I've been checking Craigslist fairly regularly as well; it seems as though there are some great bargains on there. Thanks for the input!

I am going to check Windrush--it sounds great! Windover seems really nice as well. The Grove was too expensive for me since the rent was pretty steep to begin with, and no utilities are included in the rates.

At The Reserve, I can rent the larger two bedroom apartment for $825/mo. Compared to similar apartments in West Knoxville, that doesn't seem too bad, and it is in a nice, quiet location that is still convenient to all the amenities of the area.

Thanks, everyone, for all the wonderful information! I really appreciate all your help!
