Yesterday the meters were covered up (across from Bank of America) and said no parking. Is that temporary? Anyone know why? I saw the next block has construction going on.

Also I thought the BOA building was always open so you could use the ATM, but apparently not : (

I can't speak for the meters, but the BOA building started closing after six (I think) back in February sometime. The closest after that was the one in the Kroger shopping center in the Cedar Bluff/Kingston Pike area.

ATM for BOA at the Old North Knoxville Kroger and one on campus where they have that row of ATM's. The annoying thing to me with BOA is only the one in West Knox takes deposits......
