Default Can you tell me about Maryville?

What major stores are located in Maryville? Are there any nice lakes, parks or activites for families. Would appreciate anything someone could tell me. Especially about major companies for engineers. Thanks......

Maryville has two Wal-Mart SuperCenters, Target, Belk, Sears, JCPenney, Home Depot, Lowe's, it's close to Lake Loudon and the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. There are a lot of parks in town, too. The Knoxville airport is located right next to the city of Maryville. Several Japanese corporations have manufacturing facilities in Maryville that are expanding, so that the city of Maryville and Blount County are growing quite rapidly.

Go to Google (Google) and type in:

engineer Maryville

to search on those terms. It will bring up results. Then click on "More results near Maryville Tennessee" to see a big list of companies. You would probably know better than us which you consider to be big engineering companies.

For stores, go to an online yellow pages (again, Google "yellow pages") and after you click on the link to the yellow pages of your choice, type in "stores" for the category with the Maryville zip code to find out what stores are in the town.

For parks, here's the link to the parks and recreation page for Maryville and Blount County:

Parks & Recreation for Maryville, Alcoa and Blount County Home Page

If you have any specific questions about what you read, maybe some Maryville residents can help.
