You may want to check with some sort of tourist show or attraction about working with them. We had our picture made when we went on a boat in Nashville. We took our own pictures, but this picture is the one that really represents our trip. I thought it was rather expensive, but it was go good I couldn't resist it.

Sell the pics in FL so more Floridians will want to Flock to TN. Isn't that why we're all moving there anyways?

I had a friend whose parents did photography in their cellar up in N.H. taking pictures of the mountains up there and selling them as post cards and framed pics. There were also many tourist shops around already as well. They made most of their sales selling to other local businesses and gift shops so instead of trying to make it on your own, see about contracting some of your work out to the shops that already exist. It will also save you the expense of having to pay for your own shop and so forth.
