Default Knox and Blount County, TN Housing Numbers
Can anyone steer me in the right direction for data on housing numbers in Blount and Knox County, Tennessee? I will be putting my house on the market and would like to analyze the data on number of houses on the market, days on the market, and sale prices? I would like to do my homework before I interview real estate agents. Is there a source for this type of information?
