How long does the commute take to drive to Knoxville from Maryville and returning during peak rush hour times?

20 minutes on good days, 40 or so on bad days (not too many of these). Give or take. I do this 5 days a week.

Depending on which end of Maryville your at, we're on the East side & takes us about 10-15 mins to get to Children's Hospital in Knox. Taking the new end of the Pellisippi to 129 really makes a difference!
