Little Mountain Community
Hey guys! We found a house we want to look at in Little Mountain Community Little Mountain Development, an environmentally friendly housing development near Maryville, Tennessee. Develop Green-Gary Glarner. I'm wondering if any of you know about this little community. It seems that they may be picky about doing things to your property,not the normal restrictions but "green" restrictions. The house we found looks great and at a great price. From the map it looks about 10 miles from Maryville but I'm not sure. I would love to be involved in the community and in whatever church we choose, so I can't be too far away in the boonies. BTW Does Maryville have a mall??

Hey, Monicaabc, this looks great! I am sure some of the local folk can tell you a bit about the area, but from the website it looks like a spot that hubby and I would like to see next month on our visit back up to Maryville.
