Nice, safe areas of knoxville, maryville areas that I can get a small fixer upper for less than 100,000.

Thumbs up Some ZIP's to consider

In your price range, here are some off the top of my head.

37920, 37917, 37919, 37916, 37777 -- none of these is Maryville, I'm not sure of those ZIPS. Hope that helps.

Good call. I'm in the 37917 ZIP and love it here. There are several small fixer-uppers for sale around here. If I had the money and the gumption, I'd do it myself.

Default Rephrase

Let me rephrase that, I am still looking for zipcodes I can put into the realtor.com site for Maryville, Alcoa areas that are nice, and I can still get a house for under 100,000. Not an expensive area, nor crime ridden!

Thank You
