Sure hope you hear something tonight, jimj.

Cool! Here it's against the law to sell raw milk, the only way you can get it is if you own a cow or "buy shares" in a cow. 1 share = 1 gallon of milk and is about $5.

I just got an email from my agent saying that the feedback was "high ratings in all catagories with no negs" and we are in the running.
It's early here yet so I will have to call him later and see exactly what this all means.

That does sound real promising, jimj! Let us know what the agent tells you. Agent speak can sometimes be confusing.

Well, talked to my agent, as I said the feedback was all high marks until you get to the bottom where it says something along the lines of "Definately interested, maybe interested, definately not interested." and they checked "maybe". We both are baffled at this.... They first rate it like this is the one and then a "maybe". He is calling the agent to get clarification and I asked suggested they may be trying to play coy. I asked him to push a little and let them know there are a lot of things I have to put in the works if they're going to offer. Yes, I know it may sound anxious and that can be bad to show a buyer but I'm willing to negociate anyway so let's get the party started... The worst that happens is I say no right?

Ok, so my agent called me last night, he spoke with the other agent and found out that our's is THE house for the husband but the wife likes the views of another house over mine otherwise our house is #1 on the list. They are coming back sometime in the next week to look again and are having their agent run the listings to see if anything else pops up. So, it's down to us and another house... I hope the husband wins out.

Good news! I think your house will win out. Is there anything you can do to enhance the view out your windows such as plants, plug and play waterfall, seating area, firepit, any type of vignette? I know that you can't create mountains but maybe you can give them pause Fingers crossed for you!

Maybe.... What kills me is all you have to do is walk out in the front yard towards the street and look left and voila, there's the mountains! You see them driving in,out and all around so what's the big deal with looking out your window at them. The other thing is if you have a great view you also have the great wind slapping you around while in the trees like we are if it's blowing 30mph out it's just a breeze in the subdivision. I sure hope it's windy when the come to look again. Anyone have a mother nature contact???
