Hoping showing on Saturday is it!!!
We had a showing on Saturday then Sunday got an email from their agent via my agent asking a bunch of questions and stating they loved the neighborhood.
Hopefully we'll be driving out that way soon to buy!!!!!!

Best of luck, I closed two weeks ago on my last active listing and St. Joseph was buried in the front yard beside my sign.

I'm waiting to hear back from my agent. Their agent was supposed to call them to check and see if they got the email or had anymore questions and call him back. Their agent said they liked the house, loved the area and are looking to relocate here from about 125 miles away.
Now the waiting game begins.
The bad part is when I get stressed or play this waiting game I start cooking. Today it's homemade lasagna (sauce and all, and I'd make the cheese if I had enough raw milk) and probably bannana bread.
The other day was huckleberry scones. If this keeps up we won't be able to fit out the doors!!!!!
