Default Mommy & Me and Zoo
Just curious if any of you belong to a Mom's Group that you would recommend. I currently belong to one on meetup.com in our local area & we are very active. I noticed that there are 2 in Knoxville on the site, but neither have responded to my inquiries.

So, if any of you belong and have a website you could forward me, that would be great!

Also, how is the zoo? Any other places you for kids under 2 that you can become "members" or season ticket holders?

The zoo is a lot of fun. I wander over there a couple of times a year. They have a great children's section and lots of special events for kids.

Ijams Nature Center has a lot of stuff for kids.

Knox County Library has a lot of really good programs. Check your local library.

My husband's cousin "directs" a group called Knoxville Mommies. She has 3 kids (2yr old girl, 5yr old boy, and an 8yr old boy) and she has lots of "members". I will call her and ask her if she has a website (I think she might on yahoo or something) and I will repost with her info.
