My friend's cellphone doesn't work at Dollywood. I think she has AT&T. Just a heads up.
I wonder what happened to Pam and I sure miss gem. |

hiknapster, thanks so much for the warning!! I have Verizon and for some reason that crowd of people that they advertise as being with you - are never with me!! When I'm at my Mom's house, I have to go to the end of the driveway and stand on one foot with one eye closed and my head tilted to the left, for it to work!!! So, there's a real good chance that it won't work at Dollywood... LOL
I tried to call Pam and the recording said that the phone had been disconnected!! I am getting worried about her and Bill!! |

Bebette, not sure what time we will get there, probably around 11am, I know my phone works there but I have Sprint, hopefully yours will work and we will arrange maybe to meet for lunch or something, I'm looking forward to getting out. See ya there.

I just wanted to chime in here.I have AT&T. I had an older Nokia cell that did not work at Dollywood, but after I had to get a newer model (dropped old one on a cement floor...OUCH!) it gets reception just fine at Dollywood.
So I guess it depends on several factors. Just in case though I would pick a spot and time in Dollywood just in case the phones don't get signal. |

Suzanne you get my sympathy for what is it worth, cause I would love to be going to Dollywood. I just saw Dolly on the Ellen show today it was quite funny. They asked her if she would ever consider running for a political office and she said no there was enough boobs in office.

Painter, I saw that show too.....she was a hoot!!!
My husband just reminded me that the last time we were at Dollywood, I received calls from my daughter and my daughter-in-law - so I guess my Verizon phone must work fine there!!
