OK EVERYONE, Special requests for prayers and luck here!!! I have a showing on my house Friday 11 a.m., they are flying in from out of state to look.....crossing everything humanly possible... I want to be in TN so bad for Christmas!!!!

I'm thinking of ya, have it all crossed for ya.... I just said this A.M. that I heard houses are selling in Fl.
Look at it this way- if we can make it back home from NC under the conditions we did, you'll get home to Tn. too and I bet you'll be spared having to live like a refugee in an empty apartment for two weeks while your stuff is still in another state.(If you need it, you can borrow my jumpy house air mattress)

I have an air mattress, too!

It was on NBC Nightly News, last night. Lee County, Florida, which in so many ways is ground zero for the housing bubble, is selling houses like hotcakes.

The market crash is scary and the global one is terrifying but the housing market has done its correction. Just hold on. It's all about supply and demand, and it is shaking out.
