Default Christmas Tree Farms

Anybody know of any close to Knoxville? Looking for Fraser Fir type, would like to cut my own. I've been told I have to go to NC. True?

Here's a place for you to start. There are 5 listed in Knox County and also listings in surrounding counties. I so love the Tennessee.gov site.

NC is the closest place to cut your own Fraser Fir, but the place I go here in Knoxville sells Fraser Firs for a very reasonable price and you can cut your own tree for all the other types:

Yep. Please see post #3! We went there three years. We moved to Fountain City, this year. Might try something different. His prices were higher. He usually gives a discount for regulars. I guess he forgot.

Definitely have to get about ~4000 ft up before you'll probably find any of these being farmed. Fraser fir is not very heat or drought tolerant.
