Default Knoxville

Hi
We are thinking of relocating as soon as our house sells in Miami.
I am really interested in the quality of living in Knoxville.
Recently visited Greenville SC & Charlotte NC. and we are still undecided where to go. Any input on why Knoxville will be a great choice or maybe not a good one will be appreciated. We are also Hispanic (Cuban American), are we welcomed in Knoxville.

Default Different World

The difference between the two cities is huge.

They are not very welcoming to hispanics. Everytime I try to say "hello" to a hispanic they won't make eye contact. They look terrified.
