Default Bradley's BBQ in Sweetwater, TN

On Friday, November 30, my husband and I were traveling from Huntsville, Alabama to Knoxville, Tennessee, and decided to stop for something to eat. It was about 8:30 in the evening as we were traveling down I-75 and by chance we got off on Exit 60 near Sweetwater, Tennessee, and went into Bradley’s Pit BBQ and Grill. The experience was a welcome surprise! My husband ordered the ribs and I ordered a barbeque pork sandwich plate. Both entrees were out of this world! The ribs were so tender the meat just fell off the bone and he wanted to savor every last bite. As for my plate, I have eaten barbeque pork sandwiches all over the South and this was hands down the best I have eaten. Our server, Melissa, was sweet, attentive and could not have done enough for us. We felt so comfortable there it was like going to a relative’s house…actually better.

If you are looking for a good down home barbeque place, this is the place to go. We will make this regular stop on our trips back and forth to Huntsville.

I should try Bradley's whenever I am in that part of Tennessee. Just wondering, is Bradley's at the same location where Watson's BBQ used to be? I grew up in Loudon and used to go to Sweetwater on regular basis.

Sounds like one of my favorite places in the world, just south of Cleveland, just north of Chattanooga. Right off the Ooltewah exit about 10 minutes. A place called Three Pigs. Their BBQ pork sammies are to die for. Their sauce is soo good you could drink their bottles!

Thanks for correcting me - yes, I remember it was Wilson's. I haven't been to S'water in years.
