While I'm sure you can find homes in the first link in TN (Knoxville), the 1970's ranch style, they are not as common as the other two examples. You will find those all over the place in Knoxville. You would also find them in Chattanooga, Nashville, and Memphis, and probably just about any fair size city join the State.

We seen 2 homes we all like Johnson City. The inside of the house is very nice but my goodness its really white lol not trying to be funny but its a lot of white people and no im not racist i do love me some white people ( Like Justin B ,zac efron and Brand pitt

Its pretty hard to post something about the racial make up of a community/neighborhood, and not sound a little racist.
If you are not comfortable, you are not comfortable. Kind of hard to fix that easily.

I'm not that familiar with the racial balance in Johnson City area, so I'm not help there. Knoxville proper (the area closest to downtown) will probably be better balanced than the small communities further out.
