Default Looking for a good apartment close to UT campus.

Hello all! My brother and I will be looking for an apartment at the end of this school year (perhaps even before), and I'd love to hear some suggestions from anybody willing to offer them.

We obviously want to be close to the UT campus since we'll be commuting there every day, but reasonable prices and nice surroundings would be preferable. My brother lives in University Heights at the moment, but he's had a so-so experience there and we'll be looking elsewhere when his contract is up. We've also heard plenty of bad stories about Fort Sanders (lots of crime), so that one is nixed automatically. Outside of those two complexes, I'm not really sure where to start. My family lives in Farragut, so getting out to see/tour these places won't be a problem.

Any help and advice is much appreciated. Thanks in advance!
