Sequoyah Hills and Lyon's View.
They are both off of Kingston Pike.

There is also the town of Farragut on the outskirts of Knoxville

Basically West Knoxville is considered the 'rich' area. Old money is in Sequoia Hills (I'm not sure I spelled that correctly). Newer money is out toward Faragut and moving inward.

1. Farragut. Definitely Farragut.
2. Oak Ridge area.
3. Pretty much anywhere in West Knoxville.

If Ferragut is an area with new money, as you say, does anyone know if a ceramic tile and granite contractor could earn a living there?
