As in, housing developments? Apologies if I'm being naive here, but if new housing developments are what you're looking for, they seem to be popping up everywhere. Drive within five minutes in any direction of my neighborhood and I bet you can find at least 15 or 20 neighborhoods under construction, if not more.

Farragut is one of the areas in Ktown that has been exploding for a while. I doubt you'd have trouble finding some new homes, to put it mildly!

New housing construction communities or neighborhoods. What are they called? Does anyone know of specific Web Sites of the developments that I can look at ?
Thanks!

I'm not sure about specific websites for each of the developments, but I know my parents used the Knoxville Area Association of REALTORS website to look for houses when we moved here.

Your best bet is to find a realtor that you like and let them do the work for you....that is what they are there for. You could spend weeks looking on your own, they could find it for you in 15 minutes. Once you have it narrowed down, then start asking the questions about the builder, neighborhood, etc...

Check out Town of Farragut, Tennessee - beautiful homes, convenient location, a great place to live!.
You'll find a listing and map with all (or most) of the Farragut subdivisions, as well as a little spiel about each-- size, amenities, price range, homesites, etc..
I haven't visited the site in a while, but I did use it when I was house shopping. If you find a development that sounds interesting, you can Google its website. Most of the newer, nicer neighborhoods have their own website. If not, you can find articles or recent home sales for each.
The knoxnews real estate site also has features on most of the newer developments. A wealth of info is available to help you narrow your search. Good luck!

Farragut Town Center
Does anyone know what stores/companies are actually locating in the new Kroger complex in Farragut? I believe it is to be called Farragut Town Center.

Are you talking about new urbanist developments where you have the housing and commercial nearby? You might research Northshore town center, though it is SE of Farragut proper.
Farragut town center will be a new "Main Street" type development.
