Yea, right...I said right (at least now it looks like I said right LOL!)
Here are some I took, no photo shop or any modifications, didn't even use the "auto correct".
Sometimes here in East TN you see things that just take your breath away and look like God used a paint brush. Even on a rainy day.

Those pictures aren't near Buffalo Mtn. are they?

Oh come on. I am so sick of the coach drama. It detracts from the mission, and the fun. Ok, sorry, time to get back to pictures......

They are off HWY 26 heading towards Asheville NC on the TN side.

No, I really don't think the photos were photoshopped. I didn't take them myself, so I can't guarantee their authenticity. But anyone who has ever been bird watching on Sharp's Ridge knows what an amazing view there is of downtown, and on a clear day the Smoky Mountains can be seen off in the distance. I would imagine that climbing up one of the TV towers on Sharp's Ridge would offer an even better vantage point for taking pictures of downtown Knoxville with the Smoky Mountains in the distance.
But since I'm never going to climb one of those TV towers, and since the air will probably never be that clean again in my lifetime, we may never know!

The shot of downtown with the snow capped Smokies in the background was taken from the top of Sharp’s Ridge.

Hiknapster, wonderful pictures - love our little girl!
JMT, jabogitlu, mbmouse, whataride, Hik and anybody I may have missed, this is a great thread. I love to see the beautiful shots of E. TN and really love everyone's personal pictures. What fun.
I am inspired to dig out my camera and drive up to TN first chance I get. Keep them coming.

Those pics are nice, JMT, but they are not real. That is totally photo shopped. Nice to look at, for sure, only wish it were really like that!
