Default Retire in East Tennessee
I am currently living in Los Angeles and I am thinking of cashing out and retiring to 50 mile radius of Oak Ridge. I would like to buy some land possibly with a house or Trailer. 30 acres or more. I was raised in rural roane county.

I live in Oak Ridge and I like the convenience of living here but I love Norris, Tennessee. What would you like to do in retirement?
