Don't get me wrong...

They are not the Taj Mahal, but I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to my adult children. That will tell you something. The word "decent" just keeps coming to mind.

I use to be a rental agent for an apartment complex in Fort Myers and the people at Eagle Pointe seemed happy. I think that says a lot.

I'm not sure if I'll move. My rental is cheap but blah. However, it allows me to save money. I like saving money.

Well, that's the way I am viewing our move into Eagle Pointe. A good, cheap roof over our head until we get to know the area and buy something. I don't need the Taj, I just didn't want to live in a place that was noticably scary. I prefer my scariness to be on the inside.

Here's the thing. You're new to this forum. You really don't know me, but I'm scared of EVERYTHING!

I'm afraid to drive. I'm afraid of the weather. I'm terrified of crime. I'm afraid of Oak Ridge.

If I deem this place safe than you better believe that it's safe.
