Thank you tnbound2day! We are so excited! I can't wait to get out and see spring, spring! You just don't get that in Florida. We had been thinking about moving to TN for a couple years now but I think I got really bitten by the bug when I saw the fall foliage last year in the Smokies. It made me really realize all that I missed from being up north. In Florida, it's always the same every day. The only difference between summer and winter (no other seasons in between) is a temperature change. Otherwise, the landscape doesn't change at all. Oh, and maybe a few more cloudy days. It gets old really fast. So when is the best time to take a ride through the Smokies and see the rhodendrons? Someone has to let me know because I don't want to miss it and I'm not used to having seasons yet.
