Anybody have experience with this neighborhood? My parents are 99% sure they'll be scooping up one of the homes for sale there in the next few weeks, and I'm curious to hear thoughts from others. It looks beautiful and the older side of the neighborhood seems to have great lots, so I'm excited for them.

I don't know the neighborhood, but Knoxville real estate is moving FAST. So if they haven't put in an offer yet they need to ASAP.

I'll leave it at that.
And yes, real estate does seem to be moving pretty fast - but not for everyone. Their house was actually on the market for two years, so they can't really believe they're on the verge of moving!

I don't know about living there, but I've inspected a ton of homes in there, including one that was just built. Nice neighborhood (as far as looks go).
