Default Kudos to one of our own

Hey I thought I'd let everyone know something funny happened this morning.

My elderly parents are here in Knoxville now all settled in their new condo. They love it.

But this morning they needed to call Comcast about a problem they were having with their internet connection. My mom, who's far from being a technical genius, got one of the friendliest customer service agents she's ever had. She said the Comcast person was kind, patient, and extremely helpful. They chatted like old friends.

Who was this Comcast customer service agent? It was our own hiknapster!!

JMT's mom is a true southern woman. She is charming, kind and friendly; she exudes southern hospitality.

It was a true pleasure to assist her and she can call anytime!

I fear that my personality doesn't come through on the internet. Thanks for that, JMT!

I know who JMT is, and recognized the name and zip code. I asked her if JMT is her son. I was incredibly excited to talk to her!

I couldn't fathom why JMT is such a positive person. After talking to his mama I now understand. The apple doesn't fall far from the tree.

Thanks so much, hik! But trust me, my mama is a real Steel Magnolia. She's a genteel Southern lady, but she's strong and knows how to get things done. I'm so glad that she was able to talk to you there at Comcast! And we here at c-d are fortunate that you're part of our friendly group, too.
