Default Housing question

Good morning everyone. I have a question about an area in Knoxville. On Olive St. and Bethel Ave, is that government housing? Do you know if the single family houses around those are safe? Is the neighborhood safe? I do not mean to say that government housing would make a difference, I only have heard in general you don't want to live close to them (for safety). Hopefully soon, we will be calling Knoxville home. I can't wait! Thanks for your input and your time.

Have a great day

I dont know if the area you asked about is govt housing but I do know it's in a highly questionable part of town. I would steer away from any place that is near or off of Magnolia Ave as it is a high crime part of town. Best of luck in your search; any other questions, let us know!

Yep. That's Walter P. Taylor Homes, otherwise known as "The Projects."

Default Just got Out of AZ.

I was wondering where you are in AZ. I myself just relocated to Knoxville from the Phoenix area and although I am only in my second week here I like it so far. I have done a lot of house hunting this past weekend and feel pretty good about what I have found so far. Good luck with your research and relocation. If you have any questions I would be glad to try and answer them. Like you I have found this forum to be very helpful.

Later

kkspangl
