Shopping/eateries in or near Halls (Halls Crossroads)?
A few months ago, I purchased a 3.4 acre homesite just off of Pleasant Gap Dr., just minutes from Halls. Can anyone tell me what major shopping and good restaurants are close by? I currently live in Florida (yes, another Floridian coming to Knoxville!
 ), and I'm planning a trip up there soon. Any help is appreciated.

Just across Black Oak Ridge from Halls is Fountain City, home of Litton's Restaurant and their awesome hamburgers.
Fountain City also has a Ruby Tuesdays, Chop House, and several other restaurants. The Amber is a pretty good meat & 3 veggie restaurant in Halls. There are also several other fast food places in Halls and a couple of other decent restaurants but their names escape me at the moment.

We've just had the pizza, but The Gondolier appears to be pretty decent.
It's right in Halls at the corner of Cunningham (I think) and 33 Hwy/Maynardville Hwy.
