I like that neighborhood quite a bit. Nothing to my liking was for sale in that neighborhood when I was looking... but the neighborhood has a nice vibe.

sorry no replies in a couple days. My laptop crashed and burned, to add to the mess now Im looking into a new one an expense I do not need right now! I am on a loaner...anyway I am interested in that house and I do appreciate you folks looking at it, and the feed back. Fenced is good, and I guess if there are any neighbor kids in the area that cut, that would be good too. I hope if nothing else comes up I 'll be heading that direction in about 2 weeks to shop for the house. My log is growing everyday hopefully I'll limit it down to 6 or 7 by then. Keep the opinions coming-such great help!

There is a terrific looking all brick (30's?) house on a slightly busy road overlooking the River here near Holston Hills... with a By Owner sign. It just came up.

I'll call on it... I'm actually curious about it for myself, too.
