Default moving company in knoxville

I need to move to another community in town and just wonder if anyone could recommend a good moving company. I had a really bad experience with the last one as they broke the book case and scratch/dent the furniture. Any tips would be appreciated. Thanks.

One of the best moving companies, very personal, responsible and caring is Morretz, ran by two brothers, and they work the whole time, and phone is 865-938-5810.

When I moved several years ago, I used All Seasons movers out of Johnson City, even though I was moving within Knoxville.
It was sort of an emergency. The mover I had scheduled weeks in advance -- Two Men and a Truck -- showed up, looked around and said it was too cluttered and smelled bad and they didn't want to do the move and left. I'd just gotten a lot of stuff out of storage in order to move it, it had that musty smell and was in the way but they were supposed to put it in the truck!
I couldn't believe they did that.
That was on a Friday and I had to be out by Monday.
Called around and was able to get All Seasons to come out on a Saturday. They didn't charge extra. They were wonderful. The most careful movers I've ever had. They have a flat fee and an hourly charge if it goes over that. (423) 722-6683

I used two men and a truck the first time. I was pleased with their service. The second time I moved I used AM PM Movers out of Morristown. I used them to pack and move our stuff, they were great, friendly and effecient(sp?) As far as I was concerned they went above and beyond what they had to do, they set up my washer and dryer and they weren't supposed to.423-318-9300

We used Atlas Van Lines coming from FL. No problems there or here. They were careful with everything. Depends how large your load is, I guess.
