William Sold is on a distinguished road
If you're looking for a good drink to compliment your tasty Baor's Head creation, I would highly recommend Red Hook IPA or Fat Tire. Both are well balanced medium heavy bodied beers that work well with the flavors. Also, a cheep beer that works well with Boars Head is Shiner Bock, my personal fav. Tasty, tasty, tasty.

William Sold, I don't think I have heard suggestions from such a beer connoiseur since chatting with my oldest son about the many US mini-breweries. You two must have attended the same fine university!

OMG GEM, Please can I have your receipe for Pierogi, that is one of my favorites. My mom use to fix them for me and she never ever wrote it down, I want to make them. Now I have to wait for our church festival to get them from the Polish booth, I buy them out and freeze them. PLEASE???
