Default Opinions about the farragut area

I'm interested in the areas with the best subdivisions that feature private custom built homes one to five years old with reputable builders priced at $350,000 and up,crime, restrictions, taxes, and all of your experiences with Farragut also,I've been told that you get more for your money in comparison to the west knoxville area is this true? Thanks,Nina

Hey Nina110, Farragut has seveal areas that meet your description, and way too many areas to describe to you. Around the Northshore area, are Copperstone Sub, The Oaks, then Choto fields, Walnut Grove, several, some 26 homes there, rangiing from the $290 range, to $350 and Farragut is so spread out, with the new rezoning, you would have be careful, to be sure. All the schools, from Farragut, running all way to Cedar Bluff, are great.
