Smile I don't live there yet, but Knoxville RVC is world reknown!!

There has been so many rave revues for various RVCs, not just Litton's, that I nominate the Red Velvet Cake as a Knoxville staple. Anybody object to that recommendation?

So I'll admit that I haven't had red velvet cake at any restaurant here in Knoxville. But honestly, can any here compare to my mom's homemade red velvet cake? If it's that good, I'll have to try some.

Just to note, Puleo's Grille is now open in Alcoa. We've eaten there twice. One great experience and one not so great. Overall, Puleo's is a great restaurant for the price and quality of the food.
