Default Auto glass recommendation?

Anybody have a recommendation for a place in Knoxville to get a windshield replaced? First thing I found was Safelite, but I read that they use bad glass...

Thanks!!

I had a good experience with Glass Doctor on Central Avenue Pike...don't know about their other locations, though. But since they'll often come to you, distance from home is irrelevant.

Bad glass? I've had Safelite install two windshields on different cars, and I've no problems with the glass whatsoever. Based on my personal experience, I would recommend them without hesitation.

Some people say safelite is bad glass, however what it is, that they are cheaper and shops use that as a way to defend their nutty prices..

ask your insurance company, and even call your dealer. Most dealers, call safelite, or one of the companies, for their installs.
