Arctic, I recently started a thread that has third quarter numbers for median home prices in Knoxville, and it shows a 4% decrease in home value, less than the national average of 9%.

I'd like to know what are some of the best areas to live in the Knoxville area. We want to be nearby activities and oppurtunities for homeschoolers, and kids in general. Are there any really good organized groups for homeschoolers?
